Woman missing in Harperville community | News
Scott County authorities along with family and friends are searching for an 81-year-old woman who didn’t return home Tuesday evening.
Scott County Sheriff’s Office, Emergency Management Agency and Volunteer Fire Deparment personnel began searching for Mittie Lou Harrison sometime after 8 p.m. when her family reported her missing. Harrison was last seen in the Harperville community north of Forest in Scott County.
She was last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, red hat and blue wind suit pants. She weighs approximately 100 pounds.
Anyone with information on Harrison is asked to the call the Scott County Sheriff’s Office at 601-469-3223.
